(a) Procedure To Obtain Requested Amended Registration Certificate:
1. Login With Valid Login Credentials
2. Click on 'Apply For Amendment of Manufacturer Registration Certificate' link
3. Fill In The Online Application Form
4. Upload The Required Documents
5. Click On Payment Button To Make Payment
6. Click On Preview Button To Verify & Confirm The Application Form
7. Submit The Application
8. Once The Application Is Approved, The Electronic Copy Of Certificate License Can Be Downloaded In Respective Applicant Login
1. Login With Valid Login Credentials
2. Click on 'Apply For Amendment of Manufacturer Registration Certificate' link
3. Fill In The Online Application Form
4. Upload The Required Documents
5. Click On Payment Button To Make Payment
6. Click On Preview Button To Verify & Confirm The Application Form
7. Submit The Application
8. Once The Application Is Approved, The Electronic Copy Of Certificate License Can Be Downloaded In Respective Applicant Login

d) Fill up the form with necessary data and click on ‘Submit’ button
e) Make the payment and save the Challan Number & Date for future reference

3. For amendment in Manufacturer/Packing/Importer premises- Authentic document issued by Government or Local Body.
4. For amendment in Product list.
5.Fees deposited Receipt
